Let's look at the following product users .

Due to the background of the problem, we conducted research to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data. Here are the researches we have done:
1. Competitive Benchmarking
2. Survey through Google Form for Respondent Screening
3. User Interview
Here are some competitors that we sort by their selection process and origin.

After that, we conducted user interviews with three of the 10 respondents who had filled out the Google Form. The following are the results of the User Interview :
Respondent 01
Platforms used : Fiverr, Sribu & 99design
Prefers a one-on-one system with clients and doesn't really like profit sharing from the platforms that have been used.
Respondent 02
Platforms used : Sribulancer & Social Buzz
Prefers a one-on-one system with clients and has difficulty getting clients because he is confused about where to start a portfolio.
Respondent 03
Platforms used : Sribu & Behance
Don't like platforms that use a contest system and still have trouble getting clients.
From the three interviews, we summarize them into a user persona and a user journey map. Here it is, meet Noah.

So what's the problem? We conducted research and defined several problem statements which were summarized by doing Co-Design Session. The problem statements are :
1. Freelancers tend to dislike the contest system on online platforms.
2. Freelancers prefer platforms that provide varied services (all in one).
3. Freelancers tend to dislike selections that are too difficult.
Then, we brainstorm to determine questions that will help find solutions for users using the HMW method.
1. How might we make it easy for freelancers to get clients without entering contests?
2. How might we provides a one-stop platform?
3. How might we make it easier for people become an online platform freelancer with a safe and easy selection?

Here are the solutions to answer the problem statement :
1. Project work system is 1 on 1 (One client, one freelancer)
2. Skill variants made complete (all in one)
3. Freelancers register an account using a photo of their ID card and a selfie with their ID. In addition, freelancers can access or explore the web before completing the profile requirements.
4. Freelancers who don't have a portfolio yet can start their portfolio with the tasks given by the platform.
The user flow made based on solutions that have been made.

We ideated the solutions using Crazy 8 methods. After that, we combined the ideas into one low fidelity wireframe before we made the high fidelity one.

The final user interface is designed with Figma. We made the design system and prototype as well. The final prototypewas tested on 3 participants to find out which parts were difficult to use and to get feedbacks. Here are the result of the usability testing session, we got 9 recommendations from the participants.

Of the 9 recommendations, there are 5 recommendations that we implement towards our final design and prototype.
